How long will the process take?

I usually recommend 8-12 sessions to start and then we can add onto there if needed. Some people only need a few to work things out and others need more consistent therapy over time.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Once you decide to get started, email me and I will send a link to the patient portal. Once you complete the paperwork you can schedule appointments in the patient portal.

Will my health insurance cover therapy?

Most insurance plans cover therapy. Your copay would be similar to what you would pay at the doctor for a specialist appointment. I happy to run it for you and let you know how much it would cost before your appointment.

What insurance is accepted?

Amerigroup, WellCare, Caresource, Peachstate, Aetna, Blue cross/Anthem, United healthcare, Cigna, tricare.

What are the fees if I am not using insurance?

$130 individual sessions $150 couples and family sessions
